Ordering notes: one week's notice is preferred for catering orders. Our menu is still growing, so items and availability may change — reach out to discuss your event.

Our catering menu brings the same slow-fermented sourdough that defines our daily bake to gatherings of all kinds. Each loaf begins with organic local flours and a natural leavening culture, then rests for eighteen hours or more before hitting the oven. This patient process develops a deep, complex flavour while breaking down gluten and starches for easier digestion. Whether you are planning a quiet meeting, a family celebration, or a larger community event, our bread offers a wholesome foundation that pairs well with any spread. We also include naturally leavened sweets for those moments when something lighter is called for. The menu remains modest for now, but we are adding options as we refine our approach.

We believe that bread made with care deserves a place at every table, which is why we tailor each catering order to the specific needs of your event. Our team works directly with you to determine quantities, timing, and any special requests so that everything arrives fresh and ready to serve. Because our bread is free from commercial yeast and commercial additives, it keeps well over the course of a long gathering without turning stale too quickly. This makes it especially suited for buffet-style meals, conference breaks, or reception tables where food sits out for extended periods. We ask only that you reach out ahead of time so we can plan our bake schedule accordingly.

Our baking process is built around a rhythm that respects both the dough and the people who make it. The long fermentation not only builds flavour but also helps reduce food waste, as the bread's natural acidity acts as a gentle preservative. This means fewer leftovers end up discarded after your event. We source our flour from local mills whenever possible, supporting regional agriculture while reducing the distance grain travels from field to oven. Each loaf is shaped and scored by hand, reflecting the care that goes into every stage of production. When you choose our catering, you are choosing a product that honours traditional methods and sustainable practices in equal measure.

Deliveries and pickups are arranged around our current baking schedule, which runs on select days each week. We coordinate closely with you to find a window that works for both your timeline and our production capacity. Since we operate as a small team, availability can shift depending on the season and the volume of existing orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to build our catering program. For those interested in learning more about our methods, we occasionally offer workshops that explore the fundamentals of sourdough fermentation and home baking. These sessions provide a hands-on look at the techniques that define our bread, from mixing and folding to shaping and scoring.
