Eadha strives to do business with the well-being of the people it touches at its centre. Every step of growth is done with care, working to create simple food that welcomes connection, expands communities, and stands with those building new ways of being in the world together.
How We Hire
Hiring at Eadha is done with intention. We know that representation matters and that quality employment means more than a paycheque — it means dignity, safety, and the space to bring your full self to work.
Our Commitments
- Dismantling racism, homophobia, and the gender binary myth in our workplace and community.
- Prioritizing the well-being of every person our business touches.
- Creating food that stimulates all our senses — both to make and to eat.
- Standing with those who are creating new ways of being in the world together.
What Baking Here Looks Like
Working in a hand-powered sourdough bakery asks for a particular kind of person. Here are some of the qualities we value when we do bring new people onto the team.
Early Mornings
Baking starts early. You'll need to be comfortable with pre-dawn starts and the rhythm they bring.
Efficiency & Flow
Working with naturally leavened dough means staying alert to the process — timing and touch matter as much as the recipe.
Clear Communication
A small team depends on open, honest, and kind communication. We listen deeply and speak with care.
Embodied Understanding
Much of the work is physical and sensory. You learn through your hands, your nose, your instincts.
